Individual Therapy

Individual therapy, also known as one-on-one therapy or counseling, is a confidential process where a person works with a licensed therapist to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Through supportive and empathetic dialogue, therapy helps individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, develop coping skills, and work toward personal goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or other concerns, individual therapy offers a safe space for healing, self-discovery, and growth.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling, or relationship therapy, helps partners work with a licensed therapist to improve their relationship dynamics. Whether dealing with communication issues, conflict, intimacy struggles, or life transitions, couples counseling provides a safe space to address concerns and strengthen your bond. Through open dialogue, conflict resolution strategies, and skill-building, couples therapy fosters mutual understanding and healthier patterns of interaction. The goal is to create a more fulfilling, lasting relationship where both partners feel heard, valued, and supported.

Teen / Young Adult Therapy

Teen counseling helps adolescents navigate the challenges of growing up, including stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, and academic pressures. Working with a licensed therapist, teens can explore their emotions in a confidential, supportive environment. Counseling helps young people build emotional resilience, improve coping skills, and develop healthier ways of thinking and relating to others. It provides a safe space for self-expression, insight, and personal growth, empowering teens to manage their emotions and work toward emotional well-being.

DBT
Group Sessions

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies. Originally developed for borderline personality disorder, DBT is also effective for anxiety, depression, self-harm, and emotional dysregulation. It combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness, focusing on four core areas: emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. DBT teaches individuals to balance acceptance and change, fostering emotional stability, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
