I’ve been seeing Doug for over three years, he was initially my counselor at rehab and has continued to be my private therapist thereafter. I’m an alcoholic with attachment issues, childhood trauma, and debilitating anxiety and a large fear/resentment of men (go figure, the best therapist I’ve ever had is a man lol). My life today is something I would not have envisioned for myself, even if I tried. I accredit myself and the work I put in but I also will say Doug was the biggest part in my recovery and my life turning around. I’ve recommended him and the therapists here to everyone. My entire family goes to the therapists here, including my boyfriend. I go to the DBT group on Tuesdays as well. Everyone here is incredibly passionate about what they do because they’ve been where you are and that kind of service is not replicable, in my experience.​

I have spent most of my adult life trying to find a therapist to help with family issues, being a victim of domestic violence and help with addiction as a form of self medicating. Seeing Tracy, as my therapist, has totally changed my life. She has been an integral part of my addiction recovery and to unearth my underlying causes of addiction. For anyone who is seeking therapy, I could not recommend Brain Repair any more strongly. I would not be where I am today, which is happy, grateful and hopeful, without this help.

Doug goes above and beyond for his clients. He comes helps you find reasonable and realistic standards to set for yourself. He as well helps you find different perspectives to view things from even when you thought you had every angle covered.
